Corazza black olive pâté is a cream obtained by finely grinding the pulp of our most fleshy olives. It is ideal spread on canapés or crostini, but above all as a condiment for short pasta (especially mezzemaniche and farfalle) accompanied by a drizzle of raw olive oil.
