Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil

An oil extra virgin monocultivar (often called also “single-variety”) is an oil obtained from the pressing ofprecisely cultivar).

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown and matured in a territory a grows and ripens in a territory unique.

Nestled in the green plains of Rimini, at the foot of the Covignano hills where our olive groves extend and a few kilometres from the shores of the Adriatic Sea, our oil mill was founded in 1960.

A magical place because it is here that, where the cool breezes blowing from the Apennines meet the warmer winds coming from the Adriatic coast, a unique microclimate is created that makes our liquid gold unmistakable.

The Oleificio Corazza is proudly a Historic Shop of Rimini. This recognition speaks not only of our past, but also of the care we take every day in selecting the best for our customers.

We have called this category “Pizzicagnoli” to honour that tradition of trust between shopkeeper and customer. Here you will not find simple preserves, but products that we ourselves love to serve at our table: crispy vegetables preserved in oil, artisanal sauces, and gastronomic specialities. These are the flavours authentic of our historic shop, ready to enter your pantry.
