An extra virgin olive oil with a strong character, medium intense fruitiness, where there are well a16> present the herbaceous notes of artichoke almond and green tomato green. On the palate, it is harmonious and pleasantly bitter.
Notes/Pairings: perfect with meat and fish tartare, carpaccio, steamed shellfish, grilled vegetables and pinzimonio.
