Description

A variety of extra virgin olive oil typical for its high content of polyphenols, which give it stability. a9> polyphenols which confer stability and nutritional quality as well as distinctive sensory elegant but distinctive characteristics.
The oil is obtained from olives harvested just before veraison (the period when they change colour to reach peak ripeness) and pressed within six hours, in order to fully preserve their best organoleptic and chemical characteristics. In appearance, it appears to be colour emerald green with golden reflections and a firm consistency with a distinct flavour. The nose offers intense sensations of green tomato, artichoke and sage, with notes of aromatic herbs.
The taste is harmonious, with predominantly elegant but decisive notes.
Our Leccino is aimed at those who want to fully enjoy a pure extra virgin olive oil, accompanying various sauces and, for those who wish, simple dishes such as fried meat or fish, puréed vegetables and perhaps as a dressing for bread or vegetables.
